SD Events along with other industry professionals are coming to the aid of brides who are left without a wedding dress, florist or venue in the wake of hurricane Sandy.  We want to help.  We've created a Wedding Warriors Facebook page for anyone needing help.  We are also monitoring other sites to help answer questions and provide support.

L’Shanah Tovah!

L’Shanah Tovah! That’s Hebrew for “Happy New Year”, which we say in honor of the Jewish New Year on Sunday. Instead of toasting lots of bubbly, this celebration involves a big spread of food, Manischewitz wine and eating symbolic foods such as apples dipped in honey. Dipping the apple in honey on Rosh Hashanah is said to symbolize the desire for a sweet new year. Here is to a sweet new year! Happy 5773!
