Something Borrowed, Something Blue, Something Royal for you to View!
Tea, crumpets, hats along with planners, photographers, florists, and more joined us at our studio in West Newton on Friday, April 29, 2010 to watch the Royal Wedding and spot trends for the upcoming season.
Also joining us was Anna Neiman, Boston based bridal designer, quickly sketched as she saw the first glimpse of Katherine’s dress. Anna was already on the phone ordering lace and fabric before the couple could say “I WILL” in attempts to replicate the lace detailing and elegant features. It looks as though we can expect brides to bring back tradition: simple, classic, timeless; People are going to get excited about the tradition that goes with a wedding.
A special thank you to Glam Couture on Newbury Street who helped us dress in style with hats and tiaras – one replicating Princess Diana’s crown in 1981! Be Our Guest provided all the wonderful vintage china and tea sets so we were drinking our tea in style
