Even if you are just having the same family or friends you always have over change up your table's decor!  You can get inexpensive tablecloths and cloth napkins at any of your local HomeGoods, Bed Bath and Beyond or Pier 1.  Jazz it up with some fresh flowers from the florist or even from your own garden!  Always try to plan ahead while entertaining at home and make as much as you can ahead of time.  You can have things ready to go already on the serving platter in your refrigerator.  Prepare your signature cocktail ahead of time and have it in pitchers ready to pour for your guests when they arrive.  Even if you can cook some items before then just warm them up when it is time to serve, it will save you a lot of stress!
